Senior Assistance Services
Congregate Meals
We provide daily lunch at 11am Monday-Friday free of charge to seniors 60 and up and who live in Beauregard Parish. All meals are curated through a registered dietician to ensure a healthy diet.
Meals on Wheels
We provide meals on wheels across 5 different routes in Beauregard Parish, currently service 130 seniors who are homebound due to illness, age, or injury.
Caregiver Respite
We are contracted with Companion Care for Respite services - giving 96 respite hours for free for those who qualify.
Transportation
We provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and social events to maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
Exercise
We have light exercise every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am which can be done standing or sitting.
Recreation
Seniors come every morning at 9am to enjoy coffee, cards, and to socialize. We have weekly bingo on Thursdays at 12:30 and throughout the month we have different activities including paint classes, movie days, and more.
